PLEASE NOTE: FOR INSTOCK ORDERS
Instock orders: 10-12 days processing time.
International orders: You'll receive a tracking number via email when I ship your order. Please provide your email during checkout for tracking updates.
Local orders (Singapore): All mails now ship as tracked packages, as Singpost removed the option of basic mail.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
If you haven't received your order 5-6 weeks after receiving the tracking notification, visit this link: Track Shipping for updates before reaching out to me.
If your parcel has reached your country's destination post or is in processing, it will arrive soon. If there are no updates beyond 'item shipped to xx country', please email me so I can contact my post office.
SHOP POLICY
1. No refunds after an order has been made: Please ensure that your order made is final, as I will not offer refunds unless I have accidentally oversold a product to you.
2. Strictly no refunds/exchanges: I only accept refunds/exchanges for wrong product(s), not for fit issues (e.g., if the ring doesn't fit). Please order the closest ring size that fits your finger accurately.
3. Not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses: If tracking shows 'item undeliverable' because of an incorrect or incomplete address, I can't provide refunds for it.
In the event that the mail is bounced back to me due to incorrect address, you'll have to pay the shipping fee again for it to be resent to you.
TAXES FOR EU REGIONS
Please note that international orders, particularly in the EU, may incur taxes. We don't include taxes in your order, so you might have to pay them upon receiving it. It's your responsibility as the buyer to cover these charges.
If you prefer taxes to be included in your order, please buy from my Etsy shop, as they handle tax calculations directly for your purchase.
