1. This is a backorder & will take ~1 month to be processed. If you are ordering this together with a backorder item, please note that they will only be shipped when the backorder is done (~1 month waiting time).

2. Strictly no refunds or exchanges after an order has been made, unless a wrong/defective item was delivered.

5. Upon mailing out your order, there is no fixed shipping time as to when you can receive it. All international orders typically take between 8-21 working days to reach the customer, but this can be delayed due to factors like customs, availability of air courier.
