1. This is a PREORDER and will take 2.5 to 3 months for production, only finishing production from end October to early November. Please only order if you're willing to wait!

2. Strictly no refunds or exchanges after an order has been made, unless a wrong/defective item was delivered. 

3. Your order may be charged with taxes, depending on where you're located. Please refer to this page for more information.

4. If you have questions about shipping prices, please refer to here. There are different shipping fees, depending on your country & weight of your order.

6. Upon mailing out your order, there is no fixed shipping time as to when you can receive it. All international orders typically take between 8-21 working days to reach the customer, but this can be delayed due to factors like customs, availability of air courier. You can track the status of your parcel with the tracking number provided once your order has been fulfilled.
