1. DK - the words were not lasered well so its a little smudged
2. Dino - charm made too small (~0.9cm only)
3. Mingyu - charm made too small (~0.9cm only)
4. Woozi - Face emoji not lasered deep enough, so not obvious unless seen closely

Details:

• Material: Hypoallergenic stainless steel, mostly silver plated (unless otherwise shown, eg. Hoshi gold plated)
• 3D effect on charms, so price is slightly more cost for the size
• Remakes will only be done in May; they cannot be ordered now

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION: Each lobster clasp for the charms measures roughly 1cm tall and 0.8cm wide. I can't ensure they'll fit on your other bracelet/necklace chains, so please estimate it yourself.

1. Please note that this is an instock item & will only be shipped from mid-March. If you order together with a preorder item, your order will only be shipped around end May, so please take note!

2. Strictly no refunds or exchanges after an order has been made, unless a wrong/defective item was delivered.

5. Upon mailing out your order, there is no fixed shipping time as to when you can receive it. All international orders typically take between 8-21 working days to reach the customer, but this can be delayed due to factors like customs, availability of air courier. You can track the status of your parcel with the tracking number provided once your order has been fulfilled.
